DSL Line Pre-qualification

If your location has never had DSL service before, please fill out this form. Zhonka will use this information to test if your location is meets the specifications for DSL.

Many factors contribute to a locations ability to receive DSL signal including the actual wire length distance from the telephone company central office. Phone lines in some areas are provided through a local remote terminal being served by a fiber optic loop or the quality of the wire pair.

Currently Zhonka ONLY offers DSL in Qwest serviced lines in Western Washington State. If your phone number is by a different phone company, we can assist you in swicthing if Qwest service is offered in your area.

If you are not in Washington state, we hope to serve you in the future but have no set timetable for expansion at this time.
